Everyone loves his or her gadgets and accessories that can be added on to them. Runners are no different, just because they like nature and the outdoors doesn’t mean they lack in technology. Wahoo Fitness has introduced the Wahoo Blue Heart Rate Monitor. This new gadget can be used with numerous apps to allow a runner to track their heart rate along with the other items these apps track straight from their smart phone. The battery runs from a standard watch battery and should last about a year without needing replacing. Sounds fantastic, who doesn’t want a something new to add-on to their smart phone and for the cost of only $79?
Downfall it is currently only compatible with the iPhone 4S, so those consumers who are avid Blackberry or Android users are left out and all of the iPhone users who have chosen to wait for the iPhone 5 won’t be using this product. Why would Wahoo limit themselves like this, well they are just a little ahead of the game, most phones are not currently using Bluetooth 4.0 as this changes the monitor will become compatible with more smart phones. Where can a consumer purchase this hand gadget, I have yet to see it at the local sporting goods store, although it can be purchased on numerous websites that specialize in running. With the number of free or low costing apps that include GPS tracking and the purchase of the Wahoo Clue Heart Rate Monitor a once $200 to over $500 product can now cost only $79.

Cool but the best device to wear is the six sence technology. It’s not the same service this Wahoo does something else the the six sence T. Do way cooler features.
Hey thanks for the head up on the Six Sence Technology device. We will be sure to check it out.
